With extra hygiene and safety precautions both in-house and by our delivery service providers, we are still open for business and dispatching your orders as quickly as possible. We are closely observing the government social distancing guidelines, and as a result we have minimised the number of staff in our warehouse. This may result in a slight delay in dispatching your order, so please allow extra time for delivery.
Please note that as a result of the reduced staffing and restricted capacity in our warehouse, we are currently unable to offer any non-warranty hardware repairs or firmware upgrades whilst we prioritise processing your orders as efficiently as possible. We will update our website when we are able to offer these services again.
