Kenro’s ever-popular Envoy Classic range of photo frames combines timeless styling with affordable quality, making it easy to display your favourite photographs around the home. Available in a choice of classic colours, including black, white, grey, brown and natural, the range now also features three fresh pastel shades: pink, green and blue. With their simple, versatile design, these picture frames complement a wide range of interiors and offer an affordable way to showcase your most treasured memories.

Made from durable hard plastic with a neat 15x16mm profile, each frame features a removable white picture mat to help your photos stand out. Sizes up to and including 20x30cm (EVC2030) feature a polished glass front, an easel back for tabletop display and hooks for wall hanging, giving you plenty of flexibility when choosing where to display your photographs. Larger sizes, from A3 upwards, feature an acrylic front and wall-hanging hooks, making them ideal for displaying larger prints.

Available in a variety of sizes and colours, Envoy Classic photo frames offer a practical and versatile choice for any home. Each frame is individually packaged and shrink wrapped for protection.

We offer free shipping to all UK addresses on retail orders over £25.

Orders of less than £25 are charged at £2.95 (standard shipping, 3-5 working days), or £4.95 (express shipping, 1-2 working days).

Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched on the same working day, orders placed after 2pm are dispatched on the next working day.

Trade Account Carriage and Delivery Options

Trade carriage charges are a flat rate for DPD Next Day delivery. Orders of less than £150 ex. VAT are charged at £7.50 delivery (ex. VAT). Orders of £150 or more ex. VAT are delivered free of charge.

Orders placed by 12pm will be dispatched on the same working day.

All non-trade retail orders placed directly on www.kenro.co.uk have a no-quibble returns window of 30 days from date of receipt on unused products where the packaging is unbroken.

Please check your items carefully upon receipt. If you receive a faulty album, frame, or homeware item, the fault must be reported within the 30-day returns period. For faulty hardware items, a standard 1-year warranty applies unless otherwise stated.

If you'd like to organise a return, visit our returns portal and follow the process to create your return.

If you are returning your item because it is no longer required, you ordered the wrong item, or you have changed your mind, the system will guide you through the process of sending your item back. Please note that returns of non-faulty items are not free and you will need to cover the associated postage costs yourself.

If you received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, the system will prompt you to upload an image and a note which will come through to us for approval. Once we have approved the return, the system will arrange a return via our DPD account for you.

Please allow up to 10 working days from the day we receive your order back for you refund to be issued. If it has been longer than 10 working days, please contact info@kenro.co.uk.
