Nice glossy frame. The depth is created with styrofoam which does the job, but is pretty flimsy. The styrofoam only lifts the outter edges of the picture, so make sure your main piece is big enough to reach out to the styrofoam. It also means you can see right under the mounting frame when the whole piece is assembled, so picture needs to be almost size of outter frame and not just the inner window.

Trade carriage charges are a flat rate for DPD Next Day delivery. Orders of less than £150 ex. VAT are charged at £7.50 delivery (ex. VAT). Orders of £150 or more ex. VAT are delivered free of charge.
Orders placed by 12pm will be dispatched on the same working day.
All non-trade retail orders placed directly on www.kenro.co.uk have a no-quibble returns window of 30 days from date of receipt on unused products where the packaging is unbroken.
Please check your items carefully upon receipt. If you receive a faulty album, frame, or homeware item, the fault must be reported within the 30-day returns period. For faulty hardware items, a standard 1-year warranty applies unless otherwise stated.
If you'd like to organise a return, visit our returns portal and follow the process to create your return.
If you are returning your item because it is no longer required, you ordered the wrong item, or you have changed your mind, the system will guide you through the process of sending your item back. Please note that returns of non-faulty items are not free and you will need to cover the associated postage costs yourself.
If you received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, the system will prompt you to upload an image and a note which will come through to us for approval. Once we have approved the return, the system will arrange a return via our DPD account for you.
