The slider is actually strong, it is really long in reality for the purpose. I still decided to use only 1 stand to ease the transport and installation.

I was hoping the slider was wider and thicker. I was able to use it with an heavy duty “All metal” large production stand. But you will need to buy 2 slider supports in Amazon to stabilize it by supporting both ends of the slider with the supports attached to the stand’s legs. Since I didn’t like the idea of using 2 stands.

Also please make sure to use and extra metal plate underneath the mid-section of the slider, in-addition to stand interlock system. Doing so will help strengthen the mid section of the slider, that will help distribute the weight evenly to both extremities of the slider, specifically if you are using heavy DSLR like my BMP 6K Pro + extended battery pack, with heavy lenses. In sum, I am very happy with my purchase.

Trade carriage charges are a flat rate for DPD Next Day delivery. Orders of less than £150 ex. VAT are charged at £7.50 delivery (ex. VAT). Orders of £150 or more ex. VAT are delivered free of charge.

Orders placed by 12pm will be dispatched on the same working day.

All non-trade retail orders placed directly on www.kenro.co.uk have a no-quibble returns window of 30 days from date of receipt on unused products where the packaging is unbroken.

Please check your items carefully upon receipt. If you receive a faulty album, frame, or homeware item, the fault must be reported within the 30-day returns period. For faulty hardware items, a standard 1-year warranty applies unless otherwise stated.

If you are returning your item because it is no longer required, you ordered the wrong item, or you have changed your mind, the system will guide you through the process of sending your item back. Please note that returns of non-faulty items are not free and you will need to cover the associated postage costs yourself.
